Why Choose Epoxy Flake Floor Coating?

Flake flooring combines the durability of a resinous coating system with a highly customizable decorative finish. The result is a floor designed to improve both the appearance and function of your space.

Durable Protection

Built to handle vehicle traffic, everyday impacts, spills, stains, and the demands of an active space.

Easy to Maintain

The seamless coated surface makes dirt, dust, and spills easier to clean than unfinished concrete.

Customizable

Choose from a wide variety of colors, blends, and styles to create a floor that complements your space.

Full Flake Coverage

A full broadcast adds color, texture, and visual depth across the entire surface.

Finished Appearance

Transform plain or aging concrete into a clean, professionally finished part of the room.

Properly Prepared

Every quality coating starts underneath the coating itself. Mechanical surface preparation helps create the foundation for a long-lasting installation.

Looking for Something Different?

These are only a handful of the available options. We have access to many additional flake blends and can even create custom mixes for a more personalized finish.

Why Choose Epoxy vs. Polyaspartic?

Epoxy and polyaspartic are often presented as competing floor coatings—but both have their place, and in many applications they work together to create an excellent flooring system.

Epoxy is an excellent foundation for flake flooring. It provides a durable, seamless coating while giving our installers the working time needed to properly apply the material and achieve a consistent full-flake broadcast.

In interior spaces protected from UV exposure, a 100% epoxy system can also provide excellent performance while helping keep the overall system more cost-effective.

Polyaspartic offers different advantages when UV exposure, colder temperatures, or specific installation conditions become a factor. That's why some applications may combine an epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat.

It's not always epoxy or polyaspartic. Sometimes the best flooring system uses both.

At Elite Garage Pros, we select the coating system based on the space, environment, intended use, and installation conditions—not simply which product name sounds better.
