Professional Polyaspartic Quartz Coatings

A durable, textured quartz flooring system combined with high-performance polyaspartic protection for demanding, UV-exposed, and exterior environments.

Elite Garage Pros installs professional polyaspartic quartz coating systems for patios, porches, walkways, pool decks, garages, commercial spaces, and other concrete surfaces where durability, traction, and weather exposure are important.

Colored quartz aggregate is broadcast into the resinous coating system to create a textured, seamless finished surface, while polyaspartic materials provide advantages such as UV stability, fast curing, and strong performance in exterior environments.

Depending on the project, quartz can be installed as either a single-broadcast or double-broadcast system, allowing the floor to be tailored around performance, appearance, and budget.

Why Choose Polyaspartic Quartz Floor Coating?

Polyaspartic quartz combines the texture and durability of colored quartz aggregate with a coating system designed to perform in exterior, wet, high-use, and UV-exposed environments.

UV Stable

Polyaspartic coatings resist yellowing from UV exposure, making them especially valuable for pool decks, patios, porches, and other concrete exposed to sunlight.

Textured Traction

Quartz aggregate creates a naturally textured finish that provides additional traction compared with a smooth coating surface.

Great for Wet Areas

The textured quartz surface makes this system a strong choice for pool decks, patios, walkways, and other areas where moisture is part of everyday use.

Fast Curing

Polyaspartic materials cure quickly, helping reduce downtime and allowing coated spaces to return to service sooner.

Decorative Finish

Premixed quartz blends provide color and visual interest while maintaining the textured character and functionality of the aggregate system.

Professional Preparation

Performance starts with the concrete underneath. Mechanical surface preparation helps create the foundation needed for a long-lasting coating system.

Polyaspartic Quartz Options

Durable Doesn't Have to Look Industrial.

Quartz flooring is available in a variety of decorative blends, making it possible to choose a finish that complements both the concrete space and the surrounding property.

Below are five popular Torginol quartz blends. The amount of visible quartz can also change depending on whether the project uses a single-broadcast or double-broadcast system.

These are only a few available quartz blends. Additional colors and combinations are available, allowing us to choose a finish that works with both the space and the surrounding design.

Why Choose Polyaspartic vs. Epoxy?

Polyaspartic and epoxy are both professional resinous coating materials. The better choice depends on where the quartz floor is located, how it will be used, and the conditions it will be exposed to.

Polyaspartic is particularly valuable for quartz flooring in exterior and UV-exposed environments. Pool decks, patios, porches, walkways, and garages that receive significant sunlight can benefit from the UV stability of a polyaspartic system.

It can also be useful during colder installation conditions because certain polyaspartic products are able to cure at temperatures below the normal range of many epoxy systems.

That does not mean epoxy is the wrong choice. Epoxy remains an excellent resinous coating material and can provide a strong foundation for quartz systems, especially in interior spaces protected from UV exposure.

The best quartz system isn't always one product. Epoxy and polyaspartic can work together to take advantage of the strengths of both materials.

Single Broadcast vs. Double Broadcast

Single Broadcast

A single-broadcast system uses one layer of quartz aggregate. More of the base coat remains visible, giving the floor a more functional and less decorative appearance while still providing the texture and benefits of quartz. It is also the more economical option.

Double Broadcast

A double-broadcast system adds another resin and quartz layer, creating denser aggregate coverage. This brings out more of the quartz blend's color and produces a fuller, more uniform, decorative appearance at a higher overall system cost.

At Elite Garage Pros, we choose the coating system around the actual environment, intended use, desired appearance, UV exposure, and installation conditions—not simply which product name sounds better.

The right combination of coating material and quartz broadcast depends on whether the priority is economical functionality, maximum decorative impact, exterior performance, temperature conditions, or a combination of those factors.
